Chris Thompson started his real estate career in 2009 where he began buying foreclosed and distressed properties in East Nashville and Donelson. His natural ability to see what a property “could be” brought success as these properties were renovated and then sold within 30 days. Chris then began concentrating his efforts as a Realtor and in a short time attracted buyers, sellers, and real estate investors. He has helped clients with selling properties ranging from first time buyers to 4 Million dollar estates. Chris believes in doing what it takes to serve clients well.
After graduating from UT Martin, Katie was in the marketing side of the sports/entertainment industry as she started transitioning into real estate. Through good communication and attention to detail, Katie has been able to use her strengths to help clients. From Humboldt, TN, she enjoys the outdoors, sports, and photography. She is an affiliate broker who strives to serve clients well.
Caleb is a middle Tennessee native and currently resides in Nashville with his wife, Danielle. Caleb graduated from Trevecca, where he studied marketing and played baseball. After college, Caleb went into college ministry where he continued to learn and put into practice a conviction to serve and care for others. Through these skills, and a strong work-ethic, Caleb strives to go the extra mile for his clients.
Alley was born in Brentwood, Tennessee where her father planted roots as a developer in real estate. She happily resides in Franklin with her husband and two children. Alley focused on two and three- dimensional design while pursuing Fine Arts at the University of Georgia. It is there that her passion for design and detail took the forefront. This lead to her career in sales of luxury, high end fashion and then on to real estate. As an affiliate broker, Alley strives to accommodate her clients through cultivating
strong relationships and her attention to detail.
Mel Thompson began his business career as a general contractor/home builder and has stayed active as a real estate investor. He moved into the health care industry where he was the CEO and founder of Data Management & Research, Inc., which was one of the largest healthcare research survey companies in the nation. In 2005, he sold that company to a publically traded company, HealthStream. Since 2005 he has been involved in a number of real estate investments and continues to be an active investor. He recently found interest in historic preservation and has renovated a premier historic home (Harris McEwen Home, 1829-1850) at 7th and Fair in downtown Franklin and currently serves by appointment of the Mayor to Franklin’s Historic Zoning Commission.
