Chris Thompson started his real estate career in 2009 where he began buying foreclosed and distressed properties in East Nashville and Donelson. His natural ability to see what a property “could be” brought success as these properties were renovated and then sold within 30 days. Chris then began concentrating his efforts as a Realtor and in a short time attracted buyers, sellers, and real estate investors. He has helped clients with selling properties ranging from first time buyers to 4 Million dollar estates.

A graduate of Franklin Road Academy and alumni of Trevecca Nazarene University in Nashville, Chris is a Franklin native. He loves that he gets to raise his two girls along side his wife Kayla, right here where they both grew up. Kayla’s family is an eight generation Williamson County family that still resides here in Franklin. When Chris is not with clients, he enjoys watching his girls compete in their various sports and being a volunteer YoungLife Leader since 2011.

Shari is a Tennessee native who graduated from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She began her real estate career in 2013; with a focus on contract processing and coordination. Shari is always upbeat, an excellent communicator, and her attention to detail keeps everything running smoothly for our clients. Shari lives in Spring Hill with her husband and daughter. When she’s not at work, Shari enjoys spending time with her family, shopping, and being outdoors.

Caleb is a middle Tennessee native and currently resides in Nashville with his wife, Danielle. Caleb graduated from Trevecca, where he studied marketing and played baseball. After college, Caleb went into college ministry where he continued to learn and put into practice a conviction to serve and care for others. Through these skills, and a strong work-ethic, Caleb strives to go the extra mile for his clients.

Josh is a middle Tennessee native and currently resides in Nashville. Josh graduated from UT Chattanooga, where he studied history. After college, Josh went into logistics where he built up enough savings to buy a rental property. Now he invests in Nashville real estate and analyzes deals daily. This paired with hands-on property management gives him a great sense of what investors look for in a property. He can also help guide first time home buyers through the process as he has purchased and navigated the loan process on multiple occasions. So anyone from first time home buyers to seasoned investors are in good hands.
